Fall Foliage: Holy week Reflections (April 2022)
A usual walk in the park on the 9th April year 2022 is not one of those ordinary weekend encounters. Aside from the fact that it was the last weekend prior to this year's Holy week Season. It was on this day that my daughter and I experienced the beauty of Fall. Yes, Fall! If you think its quite odd, here's the whole story. After a short walk from our house, we sat in the middle of the park where you can find a round coliseum- like benches, slim- tall trees surrounding us and a beam of sunshine trying to sneak from above as it casts a little shadow and sunshine where we sat. A little over a few minutes later, we heard a soft gush of wind coming through causing the slim- tall trees to sway. Then small leaves slowly descended right after, filling out the park's cement floors with yellow and green leaves.
