2022: Life life to its fullest ( Ecclesiastes 9:7)

In Ecclesiastes 9:7, the Lord Commanded us to live life to its fullest!  

" So go ahead, Eat your food with joy, and drink your wine with a happy heart, for God approves of this!"

2021 was the year of Rebirth. It was during this year, that everyone slithers towards life's distress, disappointments and failures and then succeed. Loved ones lost, jobs went shaky, businesses foreclosed. These and many more became life's most treasured lessons from the preceding year. I too had my own fair share of these life lessons, it was nothing compared to those who have lost and grieved. But it was during these formidable times that I decided to look beyond what my naked eyes could see (1 Corinthians 2:9). It was only then, have I started to press forward. 

This year, the Lord wanted us to enjoy the fruit of our perseverance, obedience and hard work "the (se) things God has prepared for those who love him" May this year be a fruitful year for all us. May He fill our cups until it overflows, so full that we may share God's faithfulness towards another people who needs them. This, we declare in Jesus might name.

For 4 years, my Alma Matter was and still is the University of Santo Tomas .  There are a lot of reasons to be proud of this University. The Character built within each and every students who enroll in this campus are remarkable and I can say made us, Filipinos proud of our race.  For Centuries (400 years), Catholic catechism has been the basis of the University's teachings. When I took up Fine arts back in 2002, there are less lectures and more on hands-on drawings and labs. This means lesser class hours for Christian living lessons *sigh. Less time, but unforgettable teachings. How can I forget my professor, Mr. Cura? He was 65 years old back then, but still he was teaching. He was a real emblem of PASSION, PATIENCE. He was a real inspiration for everyone whom he shared his life with. Apart from the great teachings and lectures I had with Mr. Cura, the University's annual activities being held like "PASKUHAN" is one of the reasons why I dearly love my Alma Matte

August 7, 2010 (Saturday) Lesson #1 Each and every patient is unique. They might have the same symptoms, but they have different causes. The doctors should treat each patient differently, ask questions, and listen. In our case, I told this doctor that my daughter has cough for almost a month now and the doctors including my daughter's pedia heard that her lungs are clear whenever they listen through it. It turned out that my daughter had viral fever which was caused by pneumonitis. If only this gay doctor from the ER last saturday LISTENED. He could have admitted us that day and no need to send us away. Lesson #2 Mothers knows best . It is part of our innate instinct to feel that there's something wrong happening to our loved ones. Hope For Haiti now

6 continents, 60 countries, 60 International Networks.. Different people all over the world joined towards one goal and that is to help our Haitian people. Helping from the other side of the world may not have the same impact when you have close encounter with the Haitian victims of the Earthquake that happened last January 12. Thanks to CNN and online streaming, people here in my country were able to keep in touch and it feels like we're not too far at all. I was one of the people tasked to do a brief training to those who volunteered for the telethon organized for hopeforhaitinow. At first, I was hesitant.
